With over 16 years of experience, I work with adults and teens (16+) who may be struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change. Many clients come to therapy wanting practical tools while also wanting a place where they feel genuinely heard.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you create lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These approaches help clients build skills for managing emotions, reducing anxiety, improving relationships, and responding differently to difficult thoughts and situations.
